Identity verification
Government ID plus a selfie check, reviewed by our team before a companion can be published or a customer can book.
Verified badge
Only approved accounts carry the Verified badge. You can filter Discover to verified companions only.
Public and partner venues
Bookings are made against a public venue — café, restaurant, cinema, gaming zone, sports facility or event space.
Check-in and check-out
Each booking carries a check-in code. Both sides confirm start and end, creating a clear record.
In-app messaging only
Coordination happens inside Kompanio and stays tied to the booking, so nothing is off the record.
SOS
One tap from an active booking surfaces your emergency contact and local emergency numbers.
Report
Report a person or a booking with a reason. Reports go straight to the Trust & Safety queue.
Block
Blocking removes a person from your Discover results and stops them contacting you.
Reviews from real bookings
Only a customer who completed a booking can review it, so ratings can't be gamed.
Money
Payments in-app, always
Every booking is paid through Kompanio, including the platform fee. Cash, UPI transfers or any payment arranged outside the app are prohibited: they remove the booking record, the review, the dispute path and the safety net. Asking to pay outside Kompanio is a reportable conduct breach.

Kompanio is not a dating app. No romance, no adult services and no negotiation or payment outside the app. Identity verification is required, and every booking is paid through Kompanio. Breaching our conduct policy means a permanent ban.
Before you meet
A short checklist
- Keep chat and payment inside Kompanio.
- Meet at the venue on the booking — never at a home or private space.
- Tell your emergency contact where you're going and when.
- Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave.
- End the booking and report anything that feels off. You will not be penalised.
